Welding line for 3D fence and gabions production

 

Rosstroytech offers special edition of welding lines WP series for 3D fences production.

 

How it works

 

Operator sets up appropriate technical parameters via control panel, and makes general adjustments of the equipment before welding. The semi-automatic machine use longitudinal and transverse pre-cutted in size rods that loaded into appropriate bunkers. Automatic feeder drops the transverse rods from the bunker into welding zone; the longitudinal rods are loaded manually. Automatic welding in place of intersections is performed simultaneously. Then the mesh moves into hydraulic shaper ribs unit. As a result, you get ready-made 3D fence sections, which should be galvanized or protected by a polymeric coating.

 

Basic features

 

Production of the fences and barriers based in general on semi-automatic or automatic welding lines. Hydraulic rib shaper can be a separate unit or built-in.

The standard version of WP series equipped only with the transverse rods feed module. To improve performance additional modules are available, such as feeder of longitudinal rods module, hydraulic guillotine, packaging unit. Welded 3D fences and barriers are used for playgrounds, parking, and farms and so on. In addition, fences are widely used by construction companies.

Longitudinal feed unit

 

The unit allows loading new rods during the actual process of welding mesh, reducing downtime & increasing the productivity 1.5-2 times average. Operator loading the longitudinal rods manually into the individual seizure. The frame moves the longitudinal rods to the welding zone. Sensors exclude the possibility of defective manufacturing mesh.

 

Longitudinal transfer unit

 

Longitudinal transfer module allows making a mesh with variable step. Moving the mesh strictly forward by rack provides an ideal rectangular shape cells.

 

Hydraulic ribs shaper unit

 

Welded mesh sections move into a hydraulic shaper ribs to improve 3D fence durability. Number of ribs varies depending on the requested height of the 3D fence. Optionally, sections will be galvanized or protected by a polymeric coating.
