Ultimate manual welding machine for heavy rebar mesh

New system guide of variable step offers overall capabilities for welding flat cages with open spaces, manufacture custom welded meshes, and the mesh with custom cell dimensions. The steps of cells are smoothly regulated in both the longitudinal and transverse direction with an accuracy 1mm.

 

How it works

 

An operator manages the welding machine. The operator use longitudinal and transverse pre-cutted rebar.  Using the foot pedal an operator activates the top beam pressing mechanism to complete electrical circuit. The copper hammer is used to perform the welding spot at the intersection of the rebar.
