Manual welding machine for mesh production

 

Rosstroytech offers the welding machine that allows welding the bars and rods with diameter from 3mm to 6mm. The main idea is an economic manufacture of welded mesh.

 

The simple & intuitive design of the machine allows managing it on the fly! The original configuration provides less price compared to the automatic welding multispot machines.

 

Rosstroytech manual welding machine enables quick and efficient organization of the production of welded mesh. Technical characteristics of the equipment provides the possibility of welding of flat cages with open spaces, manufacture custom welded meshes, and the mesh with custom cell dimensions. The steps of the cells are smoothly regulated only in transverse direction in standard configuration (optionally regulation in longitudinal direction could be added).

 

How it works

 

An operator manages the welding machine. The operator use longitudinal and transverse pre-cutted in size bars and rods.  Using the foot pedal the operator activates the top beam pressing mechanism to complete the electrical circuit. The copper hammer is used to perform the welding spot at the intersection of the rebar.
