Straightening & cutting machine CTU-60/6-12

 

Rosstroytech offers the heavy duty straightening & cutting machine CTU-60/6-12 which is designed for automatic unwinding of wire from coil, further straightening and cutting of the wire to the rods of desired sizes.

 

Straightening process is performed by the rollers and rotating frame by multiple cross-flexible bending of the wire in spinnerets installed in the slots of the frame.

 

Driven roller units make the wire feed. Straightening & cutting machine is equipped with "intelligent" control unit that allows setting the desired quantity and length of the rods using the operator panel.

 

The counter of the length, aka encoder, makes manual adjustments very rare. Once it is set up, the machine is stable enough and cuts the rods with good precision. The "volatile cut" device allows cutting the rods in a continuous mode.
